Step 2. Ensure Source and Holding locations are correct (this is usually based on the aggregation code) 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3.  Make sure items are in the dLOC1 aggregation rather than dLOC

 

 

 

Step 4.  Make sure that the thumbnail is at the first page of the item
