MUS6716: Methods of Musical Research and Bibliography

Methodology Sources

Methodology sources provide models, definitions, and perspectives for understanding an argument.  They offer ideological lenses through which you analyze a topic, such as Feminism or Marxism.   The purpose of a methodology is to explain how you will examine and look at evidence to support an argument.

While methodology sources can be helpful, you don't necessarily need to include them to have a successful research project.
