Campus Delivery to Law Faculty: Statistics

Statics

We have FCLA putting together reports to allow us to pull the following out of ALEPH:

  1. Count of Requested Items.
    1. Between 2/17/09 and 8/19/09:
      • 377 requests via the Campus Delivery service.
      • 246 of these requests were tests from FCLA or library staff.
      • 131 were actual requests by patrons.
      • 21 different patrons have used the service.
  2. Count of Requested Items that have been delivered. (Wendy is working on this.)
  3. Count of requested items that were actually loaned (released from the hold shelf). Conversely, we could get the count of requested items that
    had their holds expire if that is an easier report to create.     (Wendy is working on this.)
