Introduction to Selected Emerging Technologies

and Project Management Basics


The Digital Scholarship at UF Workshop will take place on

FridayFebruary 2, 2018

at the Digital Worlds Institute, UF campus.


Three workshop sessions will focus on tools and tips to help attendees start, develop, or improve their digital projects.

These sessions will be presented by faculty and staff from the University of Florida who are skilled in creating digital projects and who regularly advise students and faculty working on their own digital programs. In addition, there will be a project showcase at the end of the day where members of the UF community can present their digital projects.

This workshop is designed as a continuation of the HASTAC conference in Orlando on November 2-4, 2017, “The Possible Worlds of Digital Humanities.” This workshop is expected to serve 50 participants from the University of Florida community. Faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students, and more particularly digital scholars from the humanities, social sciences, and sciences are welcomed!
