Workshop attendees will have access to state-of-the-art labs and facilities at the Digital Worlds Institute. For instance, Research, Education, and Visualization Environment (REVE) is a flexible 5,500 sq. ft. interactive digital media environment designed and built for 21st century research and education. The building also includes a Polymodal Immersive Classroom Theater (PICT), which provides large-scale immersive visualization capabilities for an audience of 50 people.  The PICT offers a 5-projector wrap-around display surface with integrated 5.1 surround sound, embedded multi-threaded video-conferencing and Internet connectivity. The Digital World facilities are also equipped with a large collection of devices for interactive media development including but not limited to 3D object scanners, Augmented Reality head mounted devices, Stereo 3D projectors, and Touch Screens.
