This library research guide is designed to help you find the materials you need related to Radiology and Imaging. It includes resources available through the University of Florida Libraries and other reputable resources available online.
The tabs above provide links to different types of resources available to help you fill your information needs. Feel free to contact me (apomputius@ufl.edu) if I can help. Thanks for visiting!
Access to electronic information resources should be seamless from any computer on the UF Network.
UF students, residents, and faculty working with other hospital and clinics (e.g. Sacred Heart or Baptist Health) will need to use off-campus connections to access UF resources.
Eligibility for access: UF students/faculty/staff members with current, valid UF ID/Gator1 Card
Remote access for all electronic resources: VPN software or EZProxy.
Some databases, journals and resources are free for anyone to access and some are only accessible to UF affiliates through the libraries' subscription. To access subscription resources while off campus, you must be logged in to the VPN or the proxy service.
If UF does not have the article you need in either print or electronic form, request a free copy via Interlibrary Loan.
Articles and book chapters ordered through ILL are usually available within 3 days and will be delivered electronically.
Books and other items can also be requested via ILL.
