From the Centers for Disease Control, this resource includes information on diabetes prevention, frequently asked questions, and diabetes data & trends. The data & trends section includes a national fact sheet, county level estimates, and national and state surveillance data.
NICE Guidance: Diabetes
From the British National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, NICE Guidance includes published guidelines, as well as those in development.

Addresses diabetes prevention and minimization of complications across the world.

Calgary Guide - Endocrinology
