Putting the UpToDate App on Mobile Devices

Connect to the UF Network via the VPN through the Cisco AnyConnect App

Detailed instructions on putting AnyConnect on Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone, and Android (with images) here: https://it.ufl.edu/ict/documentation/network-infrastructure/vpn/cisco-secure-vpn-installation--config-guide/

While on the UF Network, go to your internet browser and navigate to UpToDate through the UF HSC Library databases page

Using this link connects you to UF’s UpToDate license https://library.health.ufl.edu/find/databases/

Using the orange “Register” button, create your own personal UpToDate account

This account does not need to be your Gatorlink login information.

Install the UpToDate app to your mobile device and sign in to the app using your own personal UpToDate account

You will need to connect to UpToDate while on the UF Network every 6 months to verify a continued connection to UF.
