Law Journal Library

The Law Journal Library is HeinOnline's signature collection of more than 3,200 fully searchable, image-based journals, each dating back to the first issue ever published. This scholarly journals database spans more than 45 million pages bridging a crucial research gap. This resource has grown from a small collection of law reviews to a multidisciplinary journals database spanning tens of millions of pages. Its coverage is comprehensive and includes works from 60 different countries, as well as 50 states and the District of Columbia.

 

ABA Law Library Collection

 
 

This collection digitizes ABA Law Library Collection Periodicals, along with 44 periodicals previously only available to American Bar Association (ABA) section members. It provides access to current volumes of included periodicals and covers all subject areas of American law.

World Treaty Library

This database brings together works from Rohn, Dumont, Wiktor, and Martens to create the richest collection of world treaties ever available, spanning from 1648 to the present. Also included are hundreds of related treaty publications, scholarly articles chosen by our editors, and a bibliography of related publications.

Air and space law refers to the legislation that regulates flight. Through the collection, users will see how governments and regulators reacted to new technologies, the accidents and disasters that prompted reform, and the new frontiers that await as technology advances at an improbable speed.

 

McGill Institute of Air and Space Law Publications

HeinOnline’s McGill Institute of Air and Space Law Publications database contains 52 titles in the dual disciplines of international air law and space law, including the Annals of Air and Space Law (founded in 1976), treatises, monographs, and occasional papers. More than 51,000 pages, including exclusive, comprehensive coverage of the renowned Annals of Air and Space Law from inception to current.

Women and the Law

Women and the Law (Peggy)

A unique collection of materials bringing together thousands of books, biographies, and periodicals dedicated to women’s roles in society and the law over the past 200 years. Also included are titles from Emory University Law School’s Feminism and Legal Theory Project which provide a platform to view the effect of law and culture on the female gender.

Business and Legal Aspects of Sports and Entertainment

Examples of the many business and legal areas covered in the database are antitrust and labor law, athlete and entertainer representation, content regulation, contracts, criminal law, gender and race discrimination, governance, injuries and violence, intellectual property, health and safety issues, and publicity rights.

While the backbone of BLASE is its collection and arrangement of scholarly articles, this database also offers federal and state documents, including legislative histories, House and Senate hearings, reports, and committee prints, and reports from the Comptroller General, the Congressional Research Service, and the Government Accountability Office.

Intellectual Property Collection

This database includes a wealth of intellectual property material including legislative histories, treatises, documents, books, periodicals, and more relating to copyrights, patents, and trademarks. It also includes comprehensive coverage of the Federal Communications Commission Record, the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure, and much more!
