Interlibrary Loan is a free service which provides materials to patrons, that are not available in the UF library collections. This can include either loans (books, dissertations, microfilm, etc.) or copies of articles and book chapters.

UBorrow lets you request (print) books directly from participating Florida state university libraries when the item is not available at UF.

French and Francophone Studies in the LLC Department.

The institute serves as an umbrella organization to centralize and promote the numerous existing partnerships between the University of Florida and French and Francophone research centers and academic institutions. It also works to create new linkages in the spirit of interdisciplinarity and internationalization that characterizes the University of Florida.
The FFRI sponsors lecture series, visiting professorships, film series, theater workshops, exhibits, and symposia as well as outreach activities for the teachers of French in Alachua County.

The Center for European Studies (CES) fosters rich, culturally academic environments including language and area studies courses, degree options and study abroad opportunities. Courses have two foci: Western European and EU studies, as well as on Europe’s periphery with Modern Greek, Polish, Hungarian, and Czech language and Romanian and Bulgarian area studies courses.
