PubMed
Biomedical database from U.S. National Library of Medicine. PubMed comprises citations from MEDLINE, life science journals, and e-books, some links to full text content.
CINAHL Ultimate
CINAHL Ultimate provides 1,815 active full-text journals and covers over 50 nursing specialties. Additionally, it features full-text quick lessons, evidence-based care sheets, continuing education modules, nursing instructional videos, and more.
Embase
Embase is a biomedical and pharmacological database containing records of biomedical articles in peer reviewed journals, and is especially strong in its coverage of drug and pharmaceutical research and conference abstracts.

RAND Health Care Surveys
The RAND Corporation, a nonprofit global policy think tank, provides access to its survey instruments free of charge. The list of health survey instruments includes instruments on aging, homelessness, health economics, HIV, mental health, quality of care, and more.
National Collaborative on Childhood Obesity Research (NCCOR): Measures Registry
The Measures Registry is a searchable database of diet and physical activity measures relevant to childhood obesity research. Its purpose is to standardize use of common measures and research methods across childhood obesity research at the individual, community, and population levels.
