CAS SciFinder-n and SciFinder

CAS SciFindern and SciFinder

SciFinder, created by the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), is the most comprehensive database for chemical literature. It is commonly used by researchers in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, and related disciplines. The new platform, SciFindern, is now available at UF.

In these databases, you can search for literature using reference information (topic, author, keyword, etc.) and chemical information (structure drawing, molecular formula, and other chemical identifiers). In SciFindern, you can also search for chemical compounds by spectral and property data.
