Is MATERIAL TYPE populated with the right term and following the proper general rules?

Is MATERIAL TYPE " Newspaper", if so, have any forms of "newspaper" been removed from GENRE and GENRE AUTHORITY?
Is MATERIAL TYPE " Serial", if so, have any forms of "serial" been removed from GENRE and GENRE AUTHORITY?
Are all blank columns removed?
Is YEAR a text column? Do the dates follow YYYY-MM-DD pattern?
Are Aggregation Codes, could be multiple instances from the aggregation/institution list?
Is Institution Code from the aggregation/institution list with the "i" removed? Please note, this field only holds the codes form the linked list with "i" removed, not other aggregation codes, that are, the codes not starting with a lowercase i.

MEASUREMENTS, have "duration" and ": ", followed by the converted the data.
MATERIAL TYPE: Usually "Audio" for FORMAT: MP3 or "Video" for FORMAT: MP4
GENRE and GENRE AUTHORITY: "Oral histories" and "fast"
"YEAR" field type: text, usually YYYY-MM-DD
SUBJECT KEYWORDS 1: match the ones on "Project Names" tab? if not, add them and check with SPOHP to confirm the official name and codes
SUBJECT KEYWORDS: are they from the Subject List maintained by the Unit?
"Aggregation Code 2", check "Subject Keyword 1" to see if to add Aggregation Code 2.
