Sociology (old guide): Find Articles

(Archived Aug 2023) Recommended resources for research in sociology.

Intersectionality Research Guides!

Since intersectionality is interdisciplinary, here are some suggestions for research:
1. Try a broad search in OneSearch, especially if you are still exploring your topic.
2. Identify the discipline(s) you are interested in (ex. poli-sci, race relations, etc.)
3. Locate databases in those disciplines in the appropriate LibGuide (some useful ones are listed below).
4. The term "intersectionality" works best as a keyword or title term.
5. Identify scholars who have written on your topic. Search that person's name in some databases.

IMPORTANT: Connecting from Off-Campus
