Welcome! My name is Angie Price (she/her) and I am the biological & life sciences librarian at Marston Science Library and the liaison librarian for the Animal Sciences department. I came to UF in 2023 to share my passion for biology, animals, and libraries, and I am here to help students with both.
This guide contains recommendations and resources for information and research in the animal sciences, as well as information on using the libraries, improving your researching skills, and helping you with assignments, projects, and interests. This guide contains a lot of information, but if you have any additional questions, I would love to help answer them!
The CAB Abstracts database covers publications from over 120 countries in 50 languages giving a more global picture for your research. It focuses on a wide range of subjects across the applied life sciences – from agriculture, the environment, and veterinary sciences, to applied economics, leisure/tourism, and nutrition.
