Searching in Google Scholar

Google Scholar is a tool that will allow you to search the deep web for academic research. Make sure to connect to the UF Libraries using the steps in the video below or by connecting to the VPN, so that you have access to the articles that are available through the UF Libraries. 

Google Scholar Tips

  • Use capital letters for AND, OR between keywords.
  • Use quotes for exact matches to phrases.
  • Use the Advanced Search to develop a more detailed search.
  • If UF has the article, click on Find it @ UF or click on the title to open up the full text.
