- Asking for help using ASKA librarian.

- Texting your questions to 1-813-463-2283.  You can expect to receive an answer via text in 24 hours.

Orientations and Workshops

UF Libraries offer free orientations for students.

Workshops on citation management tools, avoiding plagiarism, and many other topics are also available.

You can also request an instruction session and see the Libraries' calendar for future events.

The UF International Center also hosts workshops and events.

Your Gator1 card allows you to check out library materials and you can use your online account to manage your loans. Find out more about your borrowing privileges.

Set up the UF VPN: When you're off-campus, you will need to use the UF VPN software to access electronic databases, journals and books.

Check your Course Reserves account. You can look up books and articles placed on reserve by your professors.
Visit Project Starter Databases to start your research project. Remember, subject specialists are here to help!
