Conference Attendees
Congratulations on presenting at that conference - but what happens with your work next? It can either fade with the memory of the conference, or you can upload it to the IR@UF. Share your research with a world-wide audience, and be confident it is archived for future researchers.

Conference Organizers
You're doing a great job by pulling together researchers to share discoveries and advancements in your field. Don't let these important works fade as the conference ends. Working with the IR@UF, you can offer your presenters long-term access and archiving of their works. From conference proceedings to posters, slide decks to recordings of presentations, the IR@UF can be the solution.
No matter where you are in the process of organizing your conference, check out the UF Conferences and Symposia page for more information.
Usage statistics. You’ll get monthly reports of how many times your uploaded materials were viewed by the public.
Permanence. A permanent URL to your work is created upon deposit, which you can include on your CV or resume, in your tenure and promotion packets, or on personal web sites.
Safe storage for your works. The IR @ UF is more stable than personal websites or departmental pages.
Credibility. Because the IR @ UF is affiliated with the University of Florida there is an element of respectability, validity, and authority.
Visibility. Works deposited in IR @ UF will not be locked behind a paywall or otherwise be inaccessible to readers and researchers. It can also make the depositor's unpublished works—works that are valuable for research and teaching— available.
Findability. Deposit in the IR @ UF increases the likelihood that the depositor's work will be available through internet search engine results such as Google.
