• Login to Zoom using your UF Gatorlink: https://ufl.zoom.us/
  • Once logged in, you will see your Profile page: https://ufl.zoom.us/profile
  • In the middle of your profile is your personal meeting room, which can be used for any meeting at any time.
• Scheduling meetings
  • Use the "Meetings" link to schedule meetings: https://ufl.zoom.us/meeting
• Virtual background

• Zoom call quality
  • Zoom calls are normally high quality. However, if call quality is lower, always try turning off video first, to see if the audio and chat can still work.

Signing in to UFL-only Meetings

Depending on whether Zoom is running in the background or not, when a meeting is set to require UFL login, you may enter the meeting immediately, which happens now with many folks where Zoom has saved the password. Or, you may need to sign in using your Gatorlink.

If the screen below comes up, please select SSO (which stands for single sign-on):

Then, on the next screen, enter UFL:

You’ll either be prompted to sign-on with Gatorlink, or auto-logged in after this.

Please note that people signing in from phones will login with no additional steps.

We encourage folks to sign in early for meetings that require UFL sign in, and to call IT (273-2800) if there are any issues.
