Compassionate Computing

Library Technology Service (LTS) practices compassionate computing, which means we operate with compassion for our users, our systems, and ourselves. To support this, we use product management (and project management) methods and strategies, utilize compassionate communication practices, and work to ensure maintainable systems and practices for working at a sustainable pace.

Xerox (Zeno):

Contact your departmental Xerox liaison first for issues or questions. Departmental contacts communicate with Zeno/Xerox directly, often using “quick links” at the bottom of the PrintSmart webpage.
For cartridges, there’s a “supply request’ link: http://info.zenosolutions.com/printsmartsupplies.
Old Cartridges: Bring old/empty cartridges to Facilities for recycling.
