Steps to use MS Teams
- Go to Teams and login with your Gatorlink: https://teams.microsoft.com
- In the top right corner, click "Join or create team"
- Select team type (any are fine, but our groups are most often Staff)
- Select the group privacy
- Add people
- Owners - please add at least one other owner for each Team you create
- Members - you can add as many members as you need to
- Email people to let them know about the new group, and to provide a link to information about MS Teams:
- If wanted, Add Teams files in Windows File Explorer
- Remember to check your notification settings
